Pearce’s attractive villa residence in Roberts street, overlooking Cornwall Park, and the whole contents of the house will be sold at public auction by Beard, Bullen and Co. on the premises to-morrow. Full details are advertised on page 8 this issue. A F. Lorigan notifies the motor public of Hastings and surrounding districts that he will be opening a motor trimming business in premises lately occupied by the Tourist Motor Co. hike shop opposite the railway station ,and hopes by attention to business, reasonable prices and good workmanship to attain fair share of public support. R. F. Sorenson, auctioneer, Hastings, "has a reminder in to-night’s issue. Tenders attention is drawn to the fact that only good sound goods are taken into the mart for sale, and vendors will appreciate the fact that only the good goods will be offered with their own. Careful attention is given to display, and if the prices are reasonable, a quick sale is effected. In the event of vendors sending in sewing machines or separators guarantees must be given in all cases. Only prime chaff, barley and potatoes are taken in the mart. Send along anything good. We want many articles and have the buyers waiting.
