PETANE STOCK SALE. Messrs. Williams and Kettle, Ltd., report having sold the following stock at the Petane sale yesterday:—9o m.s. hoggets 19/-, 1 bull £2. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd.—l springing heifer £3, 11 2-year steers £3 11/-, 11 fat ewes 20/8. BUTTER AND CHEESE. The Ne.v Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co.. Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house under date 15th September, 1922:—Butter, New Zealand. 212 s to 218 s per cwt; cheese, New Zealand, 88s to 94s per cwt.
