PROPOSED DAIRY POOL.

DEFINITE SUGGESTIONS TO BE MADE. (Special to “Tribune.”) Parliament Buildings, Sept. 15. Following on the meeting held in Wellington, a deputation waited on the Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture to-day and discussed with them the decision to ask for legislation for the formation of a dairy pool. Subsequently it was learned that the deputation submitted general proposals and that more definite suggestions will be brought forward in a day or two. Until the matter is further explained it is understood the Government will not commit itself, though it is believed that what has been asked for so far is not regarded as unreasonable.
