The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce last night decided to urge the appointment of a resident judge for Hamilton, owing to the growing amount of Court business. It was shown that Hamilton rankecl as the third Court in the Dominion for the volume of business. At the present sittings there were 64 criminal and civil cases, in addition to 14 applications under the Mortgages Extension Act and Chamber work,
