TO-DAY’S ORDER PAPER. (Special to “Tribune.”) Parlt. Bldgs., Sept. 12. Government business will be proceeded with in the House this afternoon. At the head of the lid is the Mercantile Law Amendment Bill, which is to be committed. Then comes the SeaCarriage of Goods Bill. The third busi. ness on the list is the second reading of the State Advances Amendment Bill, which may well give rise to a general discussion on tho work of the Department. The Minister of Railways is expected to make his announcement in regard to railway business agents this afternoon.
