The Dannevirke butchers are making a “cut” in meat prices to take effect at once. The total value of butter and cheese exported in the 1919-20 season was approximately ten millions and threequarters, while for the six months of the present season the value is e£timated at over eleven millions, so that by the end of the season it should reach about three millions more than in the preceding year.
