Advices from Bucharest state grave apprehension is felt in Roumania, owing to the reported presence of six now Bolshevik divisions with considerable artillerv on the Dniester front, and General Budenny’s cavalry concentrating near Mohileff Roumanian reserves and railwaymen are being mobilised.—(Reuter).
