PARLIAMENT’S NEXT DUTY

One of the first duties of Parliament next week will be the election of chairman of committees. Whenever a chairman has been required this session, Mr. Malcolm has acted, but he could not be elected for a full term until the No-Confidence amendments were out oi tlie way. There is no doubt that be will be chosen again.
