Between 2C and 30. wars are nt present going on. "1 advise every* branch of the British fighting services to keep fit and ready for the time that is coming. The time's are ticklish and dangerous, and our interests by* sea. land, and air are being challenged in various parts o’ the world. “I hope you will remember this warning of an old soldier who know, what he is talking about.”
