A Green Book issued in Rome contains the Italian-French agreements. One reached on November 1 1902, stipulates that in the event of France being subjected to aggres sion bv one or several powers, Italy shall remain strictly neutral. Italy was to act similarly if France owing to direct provocation was compelled to take the initiative by declaring war. _ , The theatrical dispute in London has been settled. It is announced that the American Red Cross will spend fifteen million dollars on Europeon relief in 1920.
