The annual meeting of the New Zealand Women Teachers’ Assoc'a-’. tion passed a resolution that in every town there should be a special class, with specially trained teacK, ers, for children of retarded mental . development, and that all such chij- * dren should be drafted, to these classes as soon as the necessity is t recognised.
