DOYLE v, PLOWMAN. Tins was an action heard al the June sittings of the Court in which ihe plaintiff was non-suited on tho question of law and the jury disagreed on the fa< tas to whether the accident, .sustained by plaintiff in which lie lost four lingers of his left hand was caused ! v defendant - negligence. Argument was heard ato what compensation plaintiff was entitled to; the action lor damages hating been dismissed. Mr. B. <l. Dolan appeared for plaintiff and Mr. Kelly lor defendant. His Honour stated he would forward his decision after considering argument to be submitted by counsel.
