LEAVES HIS SINKING SHIP. (Received 10, 1.5 p.m.) Copenhagen. Aug. 9. It transpires that the King of Bn! garia and family have been arrested at Nauheim (Germany). They were travelling incognito and were probably preparing for a long stay.(A. and N.Z.)
