Mr. Mallard, referring to the fir** station, said the appearance of the building inside and the applianc. s was excellent.

It was mentioned that a complaint hifl been made that the borough elect lie light was rut off at 4.30 a.m. -The Mayor stated that in future the light would be kept on till daylight.’

The chairman reported that the board s credit' balance at the bank stood at £216 10 11.
