Tim.aru. Dee. 4. Before Judge Denniston, in the Divorce Court. Young, a labouring man, applied for a divorce on the ground of the infidelity of his wife, The parties were married at Prebblcton in 1900 and had thee children, .whoso maiden name was Brewer. They came to Pareora six months ago, accompanied by a young man named Kelly, who had been bearding with them at Prebbleton. On October 30th last, on going home to tea, the children asked if he was th-’*ir dad. Kelly said he was the father of the two younger ones, and the wife said that was true. Kelly took the wife and children away next day. A decree was granted with an order for the custody of the eldest boy. The respondent and corespondent did not appear, and their solicitor offered no defence.
