A MAD SOLDIER.
SHOOTS SEVEN MEN. (Received 2. 9.15 a.m.) Berne. Sept. 1. An insane soldier named Schwartz barricaded himself in u room at Romanshorn and fired for six hours on those attempting to dislodge him. lie killed six and wounded several. Schwartz escaped to the woods but was arrested after killing one of his pursuers.
