POLITICAL GROUPS GROUPED. TO FORM A NATIONALIST PARTY. (Received 27, 8.55 a.m.) Pekin, Aug. 26. Sun Yat Sen has inaugurated the amalgamation of the Tungininhui and four other parties. The new party will be called Knomingteng, or Nationalists. It comprises two-thirds of the Advisory Council and is pledged to a policy of absolute Party Government. It has also adopted Sun Yat Sen’s proposal to construct a network of railways within ten vears.
