The following imported game may be taken in this district: —Cock Pheasants and Californian Quail. Licenses to kill such imported game in the said district shall be issued to any person on the payment of tho license fee of £l. Licenses may be obtained from the Chief Postmaster, Napier, and the Postmasters at Waipawa, Woodville, Bannevirke, Hastings, Waipukurau, Norsewood, Ornioudvilie, Porangahau, Wimbledon, and Takapan, who are hereby appointed to sign and issue such licenses to kill imported game. The following Native game may be killed in this district from MAY Ist to JULY 31st, hotli days inclusive Grey Duck, Teal, and Black Swan. The number of Native game that may j be killed by any one person on any one I day must not exceed 25 birds in all. This season is a, CLOSE Season Tn this district for Kakas and Native Pigeons.
