ARMY OFFICERS/ND POLITICS Constantinople, July 20. A meeting of officers at the Ministry of War sent a deputation to the Suitan, asking him to dissolve .he Chamber and appoint Kiamil to be Grand Vizier. The Sultan thereupon issued a proclamation upbraiding the officers fcr formulating claims contrary to the constitution, and stating that he relied on the army to avoid politics.
