There arc- many spots where a tree night be planted which would not miv enhance the beauty of the scene Hit would also make a pleasing •shade under which to rest on the hot summer davs. One constantly hears ihe remark nowadays. “Havelock i~ 1 growing place." and why should it not grow on lines of beauty, so that it would bo a joy not only to those already in the village, but to al! newcomers. and to visitors from tile Old Country to the new Dominion. The •»eop!e of Havelock have its future 1:1 their own hands.
