KIXC'S THKATIIH, HASTINGS

I To-night at is o’clock, at the King’s i Picture Palace, a complete, change of programme will be .screened. Pathe’s Gar.ette, which contains all the latest cable neits in pictures, will set the ball rolling. The next picture is a Western drama, entitled “ Eliki of the Mountains,” full ot startling and interesting scenes. “ Bill and the Bear, 1 ' a laughable comic, will conclude the first spool. The second spool will open with a beautiful scenic, “ Rambles through Derbyshire,” followed by a. drama entitled “An Old Soldier’s influence.” Our fat friend John Bunny is seen to advantage in “ The Politician’s Dream.” This picture is a fair “ side-splitter,” and one of the best of its class yet shown. The second half of the programme opens with “ Toranto,” an Italian naval picture containing some very pretty views of natal manceuvres. This is followed bj' a drama entitled “A Drop of Blood.” lhe next picture is a comic film by the famous Pathe people, entitled “A Quiet House,” which concludes the first spool in the second half. The last spool opens with a lovely floral study, entitled

■■ Pansies.” We all know how beautiful these tender flowers are, and in tins film they are seen to advantage. “ His Chorus Girl Wife ” is a domestic drama with a good moral running through it. “ The Invisible Thief ” concludes the evening’s performance, which promises to be as good as any ever shown at the King’s. PRINCESS THEATRE, HASTINGS. Signor Martinengo makes his final appearance to-night, when be will render a number of popular items. The musical people of Hastings will probaoly not for many years have another opportunity of hearing a player of his calibre. The pictures include an A.B. drama “ The Manicure Lady,” a Bison drama “ The Foreman’s Courage,” and ■a. Reliance drama “The Trapper’s Daughter.” The scenic is a view of Brescia. A tine cowboy subject is “ The Saving of Dan.” There are some excellent comics in the bill.
