CANADIAN-AUSTRALIAN PROPOSALS. Melbourne, Feb. 13. The Federal Government made sympathetic response to the appeal of the Canadian Minister of Trade for reciprocity. Air. Tudor, writing, stated the hope of his colleagues that an agreement might be arrived at. He thought reciprocity between Australia and the sister dominions desirable.
