NEGRO If EIN FOR CE Al ENTS. Rome, Feb. 13. A contingent of Eritrean black troops have arrived at Tripoli. The Italian forces 'warmly welcomed them. v NIGHT ATTACK REPULSED. (Received 14. 10.10 a.m.) Rome, Feb. 13. The Italians repulsed three stubborn night attaiks at Derua on the loth in st. The Italians lost three killed and twenty-two wounded. Sixty Turks were killed.
