A GREAT RAILWAY PROJECT London. Jan. 3. A British. French and Rossii.n syndicate is subscribing £lOO,OOO finally to surfey the railway connection of Russia and India via Persia, thus materially shortening the journey to Australia and New Zealand and India. It is proposed to enter the British sphere at Bunder Abbas and join the India railways at Karachi instead of Bushki.
