CRITICISED BY THE “TIMES.” London. Jan. 3. The “Times’ ” Educational Supplement sharply criticises the University of New Zealand cn the lines of the University Reform Association’s complaint. Mr. J. Joy nt. Professor Sale and Mr. Henry Major have written letters justifying the system of selecting examiners and the value of New Zealand degrees.
