JN INVALID M.P. Received 2, 8.5 a.m.) London, Jan. 1. The Riverside borough Mayors and a number of Labour and L nionist M’s.P., attended a Trafalgai Square de.in o 11 s I rat i 0 n. Mr. J. W. Hills. M.P.. upon an invalid couch, was hoisted to the plinths of Nelson Column, where he protested against the Northern firm controlling the Thames ironworks, and the men being required to abandon shorter hours which they had enjoyed fcr 15 year-!.
