SCULLING.
ARNST v. BARRY. (Received 20, 8.5 a.m.) Fremantle. Oct. 20. Files of the English “ Sportsman,’’ commenting on Arnst, say that if he persists in his demand for £750 as expenses to meet Barry, it may’ prove a stumbling-block to the match. The New Zealander appraises himself highly, but he must remember, in visiting England, he unquestionably is taking a greater risk of losing the championship than if he rowed in home waters.
