In the Appeal Court to.dav Mr. Cotter, on behalf of the Auckland Law Sociry. moved to have the rule nisi to strike John Raphael London. >f Auckland, off the roll of barristers and solicitors for professional misconduct, made abolute. Mr. Morrison appeared for Mr. Landon. Mr. Cotter stall'd that when Haddon was arrested for wharf thefts, Mr. Skelton was instructed to act for him, but notwithstanding Mr. Lun. don. without communicating with Mr Shelton, obtained an interview with Haddon and got'an order from him to lift the money in the custody of the police. He obtained £3 is 7. Next morning Haddon was asked in the presence of both who was acting for him, and he replied Shelton was but Mr. Lnndon said nothing about the money.
