STRUCK OFF THE ROLLS.

The Court of Appeal this morning, on the application of the Wellington District J.aw Society, made absolute rule to strike Arthur Harold Bunn off the roll of solicitors. The ground for the order was that the solicitor had been convicted ot embezzling his employer's money. Mr. A. Gray appealed in support of the application, and Mr. Youim lor Benn. ,£15,15,costs were al ."'- »■. Society.
