Pinera Charges, editor cf the newspaper “Correo Odmanlia,” who was expelled with Franco Goudlino last February for conspiracy. He has been handed over to the Portuguese police. A BRUSH WITH BRIGANDS. (Received 25, 9.50 a.m.) Lisix a. Sept. 24. The troops, after a sharp fight in which they killed two brigands and i seriously wounded six, captured a large quantity ‘ f valuables. The gang had terrorised the Vallongo district. WIDESPREAD DISCONTENT. Madrid, Sept. 24. There is a general strike tit Orviedc and all trades unions are idle. There is widespread discontent the Morocco war being the principal cause of Spanish unrest. PRINCE ALFONSO OF BOURBON (Received S 5, 9.50 a.m.) Madrid, Sept, 21. King Alfonso has restored to Prince Alfonso cf Bourbon and Ofrit'an s the army title <>f which he was deprived because he married th' v Protestant Princess Beatrice of Saxe-Coburg.
