At Folsom, in California, a condemned murderer, named Oppenheimer, attacked another murderer, also under a death, sentence, and killed him with a sharp strip of stel. There was a long standing feud between the two men. Oppenheim, seeing the other man’s cell open at dinner time, seized the opportunity, dashed in and committed the deed.
