N.S.W. TELEPHONES.
STATE MANAGEMENT.
(Received 19, 9.4 5a.m.) Sydney, Aug. 19

The report advocates running on strictly commercial lines, deprecates centralisation in Sydney and suburbs, and declares the salaries disproportionate to the officers’ responsibility.
