The Swedish scientific expedition under Doctor Mj oberg has returned after spending eleven months in the Kimberley district. A splendid collection of birds, mammals, reptiles, fish, and insects were secured, some new to science.
The leader of the party states that he discovered a striking resemblance between the aboriginals and the old Neaderthol race which became extinct in Europe centuries ago. The inland natives are a much finer type than the coastal, who show traces of Malay blood.
