The term of each lease will be 21 years, with a right to the lessee to renew the same from time to time for further periods of 14 years or to have such renewal leases offered for sale loaded with the value of the lessee’s buildings. Every tender must be accompanied by 7 a deposit in cash or by cheque, marked good for and until 7 days after the date upon which tenders close for an amount equal to a half-year’s rent at the rate tendered plus £5lO/- (or in the case of Lot 2 £5) for costs of the lease. Tenders must be on the form supplied by the Board, addressed to the Secretary, and must be endorsed “ Tender for Lease.” Tenders close at 4 p.rn. on FRIDAY. AUGUST 24th. 1911.
