FAILING TO REGISTER.
BOY FINED £2. Auckland, July 21. In the Police Court. Edward Dummer, aged J 4 years, was charged with having failed to enrol as a senior cadet under the Defence Regulations. The Magistrate said he had nothing of that sort to consider because the boy had failed to register. He imposed a fine of £2 and costs, and advised the father to let him register in order to save further prosecution.
