WOOL. SKIN AND HIDES.
Messrs. Dalstety and Company advi-e having held their periodical <.ddnm.it sale on Tuesday, when thev ofTeri d a good catalogue of wool, skins. Lilies and tallow. The prices for wool and skins were rather easier than those of lastsale. due in a measure no doubt, to the adverse reports received from London. Hides were disposed of at prices well up to recentlyquoted rates. Every line in our catalogue being sold under the hammer. They quote the following
prices:— Wool: Rough crossbred fleece, up to 7d. pieces 4jd. sliped crossbred 7d. etgs. 5.’.d. lambs 6jd, sed. Iks. 7’d.
Skins: Station crossbreds up to 6.jd. fine crossbred 6d. .‘-bred 6jd, lambs (dead) sd. freezing skins (lambs fine) to 6LI. lambs pelts 6d each.
Hides: Ox up to 6jd. cow s|d, calf si’d. calf (dry) 7jjd. Tallow —up to 2jd per lb. Our next oddment sale will be held on 4th August. 1911.
