DELEGATES GUESTS OF THE KING. (Received 20, 11.20 a.m.) London, June 19. The colonial delegates are now rats of the Sovereign. They will attended by footmen and use royal carriages. FOREIGN REPRESENTATIONS. London, June 19. There are fifty-eight countries to be represented at the Coronation, the majority by special envoys. Out of eighty of the chief foreign delegations fifty belong to royal houses.
