Judge Leydon, delivering judgment in the appeal of the carcase iratohers from the award of the Butchering Board, allowed the Haim for piece work. In the course of his judgment Judge Leydon said if they were to make arbitration successful and root it in the confidence of the community, it must be disassociated from all connection with manacling the energies, brains, and freedom ef managers of industries. By their it is intended, jf hiimhfily posmble, that all shall get a fair share. J and that the manhood, independ-’ enee, and comfort of the humblest shall be maintained, but the path to that effect does not need to be hobbled industry, hampered business, and restraints upon the production of wealth. !
