Sydney, June 12. In the Coal Vend case to-day the evidence dealt with the Railway Commissioner’s contracts, the object being to show that they had little bearing on the raising of the price of coal. Further evidence was given regarding the Kethel mine operations during the strike, but little that was fresh was disclosed.
