He sang out : to the skipper that he could not i ; manage them by himself, and the’ ! vessel thereupon stood off until i ; about 7 o clock, when she was able j ;to berth. Passengers on landing; | were greatly annoyed to find that! I they were, almost in darkness, only; | the headlights being lighted at the, j wharf.
