ENTERTAINMENTS.

INTERNATIONAL PICTURES.

To mark the new era in local politics, and also the new era in the picture business, all patrons at the Princess Theatre to-night will receive a ballot paper on which Will be printed the names of all candidates for the council. The person making the most correct selection will receive a prize of two guineas. If no one selects the nine, then the prize will go to the one selecting eight. The performance will not start till 8.15, in order to allow patrons to hear the mayoral result first, and will conclude in time to hear the result of the council election about 11.15 p.m. With pictures absolutely new, and a firstclass orchestra, we predict a bumper house to-night.
