R. \\ dson reports having sold for the year ending 1910 42 town and country properties, realising C6l.7S}), and having condui ted 22 clearing sales of live and dead stock, household furniture, etc., realising f.icoo ; ami for quarter ending 31 st March this year having sold twelve properties and conducted three outside clearing sales, realising £* 12.600. -Mr. \\ ilson also reports his year's business at the Model Poultry I-arm. starting on 13th April. J9)o. with 96 pullets and 23 roosters, he marketed 1093.1 doz. eggs, realising I*7B 0 11. 12ldoz. sittings, £12'17.'-. 246 birds £*44 17 9, stock birds on hand £*3o 10/-, feed on hand £5,: total .Cl/I's 8. Dr. account —Feed, freight, etc.. £525/2; meat, meal’ £6 12 6 ; stock birds, £l/15''-: advertisements £3; total £66/12/8. leaving net cash profit £lO4 13-.
