SHOULD DWELL TN CALMER ATMOSPHERE. (Received 7, 8.50 a.m.) Melbourne. April 7. Th. Chit-f .Justie.. in a publi? dress significantly remarked that Judges should not talk too much. There were plenty of others to take up controversial subjects. Judges should be outside that sort of atmosphere and dwell in a calmer one.
