The annual general meeting of the Napier Hockey Club was held in Mr. Flarris’ dental room last evening, and Mr. J. Shirley presided over a good attendance. The report and balance-sheet were read and adopted, the latter showing a slight credit balance. Seven new members were elected. The following are the officers for the coming sen-'Hi : —President. L.
