Lakin (Blenheim) wins the Kynoch Cup for the highest aggregate in the Snapshot and Loophole matches. The principal prize winners are as follows: —Butler (Hutt), Neilson (Dannevirke), Blewett (Mauriceville), Wood (Christchurch, King (Linwood), Rodgers (Wellington), each 28. The first two receive £4/10/-, the others £2/10/-. Butler and Nielson made four bulls, the others three. OTAGO MATCH. The Otago match, 10 shots at 900 yards, started; during a dead calm. Cuthbertson, who was four points behind the leader last night, put on a possible. Harrison (Rahotu), also made a possible. Hay, one of the leaders, only put on 42. Chapman (Te Kapu) scored 59, and there are a host of 48’s. Frank (Nelson) made a possible and leads in the aggregate with 324.

L. Loveday, who was well up, only scored 40. HAWKE’S BAY MATCH. The Hawke’s Bay match, 1000 yards, 10 shots, has just commenced. Frank made 46. A number of service matches are proceeding.
