(Received 23, 9.15 a.m.) London, Feb. 22. The Scottish mailable ironworkers have established a pooling scheme. UNEMPLOYED AT NEU CASTLE Sydney, Feb. 23. A deputation informed Mr. Carmichael that there was a large number of unemployed in the Newcastle district owing to slackness of trade.
