Wells, 18/-, costs 5/-; W. Prebble v. F. Gillies, £4/2/6, costs 5/-; W. Prebble v. F. Gillies, £2/10/-, costs 5/-; J. H. Neal v. B. Hughes, £5/3/4, costs 23/6; N. and D. Co. op. Society v. W. Wallace, judgment for 8/-, amount of disputed costs; W. H. Fowler v. R. Forbes, judgment and return of chattel, in default £6 to be paid, costs 23/-. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. W. Guldbransen v. E. Burke, no appearance of debtor and ordered to pay £6/2/- forthwith, in default three weeks’ imprisonment; J. W. Field v. W. J.
