The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to * Special Meeting of the Council, to be held at the Council Chamber in Heretaunga Street, Hastings, on Thursday, the sth day of January, 1911, at the hour of 7.30 p.m., ate which meeting the day of the coming into force of the By-Law will be fixed. A Copy of the proposed Special Order and By-Law is deposited ate the Office of the Council in Herataunga Street, Hastings, where tike same will be open for public inspection during office hours until the said confirming meeting i» held.
