ACCIDENTS & DEATHS.
BODY FOUND. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, Dec. 30. The body of the young man, Arthur Littlejohn, who was drowned in the river six miles above town on Tuesday, was found by his brothers to-day about a mile below the ■•'< v of the fatality. The body was b' 1 ’ by willow trees. A HEAD-ON COLLISION. Christchurch, Dec. 30. A head-on collision took place on the Burwood tram line this after-
noon between a steam locomotive and an electric car. The passengers on the latter car were severely shaken, and several found it necessary to come to town for medical aid.
