STOCKS WEAKENED. (Received 14, 10.20 a.m.) Sydney, Dec. 14. As the result of Mr Grub’s report of the Great Chaffinch mine, all Finch stocks have weakened < n ’Change. ALLEGED SWINDLING. At a stormy meeting of the shareholders in the Bullfinch East Goldmining Company, one of the flotations arising out of the famous Bullfinch find, charges of misrepresentation and swindling were voiced by some irate shareholders. The meeting favoured the windingup of the company. The necessary three-fourths majority was not forthcoming, but the directors, who favoured the winding-up, announced their intention of taking steps to get the shareholders’ money back.
